This national award is based on feedback patients report about their doctors in the categories of bedside manner, doctor-patient face time, degree of follow-up, courtesy of office staff, and overall opinions. It is given to those physicians who receive rave reviews across the board, which represents fewer than 5% of the physicians in the country.
